“Accommodation building No. 13 and 14 of Oyut camp – 2 and Power Kiosk substation No. 5 with capacity of 6.3/0.4 kV and 1500 kVA transformer” constructed at Oyu tolgoi project site, which locates at the territory of Khanbogd soum of Umnugobi province, have been successfully handed over to the state commission on August 13, 2018. During the construction work of the project, design engineers of “NCCS” LLC provided supervision on the construction of architecture, structure, heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, fire water supply, power supply and telecommunication.
Oyut camp consists of totally 18 typical module blocks, and currently, 12 blocks have been commissioned by the State authority for their normal operation. The block No. 13 and 14 are typical module buildings with 16 m x 75.75 m dimension and 3 storey, and each storey has 102 rooms for totally 306 staffs accommodation.
Power Kiosk substation No. 5 will provide electricity to the blocks No. 13, 15 and 17 of Oyut camp 2. It will be supplied from an enclosed distribution board with the capacity of 35 kV, which locates at the southern area of the Oyut camp, through 35/6.3 kV distribution board.
